Gigit’s Evolution
Gigit continues to evolve and mature through a deliberate strategy of expanding expertise. In 2018 it acquired Cyber51, a highly-regarded cybersecurity company with a focus on network & web application vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (“pentesting”), and cybersecurity training. The acquisition of Cyber51 allowed Gigit to further focus on its key industry sectors of Technology, Finance, and Healthcare.
In 2021, Gigit created a close partnership with Peak InfoSec, a Certified Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO) and Information Security consulting firm providing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) conformity assessments and turnaround services to Gigit’s clients that are part of the Defense Industrial Base, especially to manufacturers and their supply chain companies.
